Eligibility:
This tournament is
open to all USYSA Classic/Travel teams. All players on a team roster
must be members of the same club (except guest players).
Tournament Requirements:
All
teams must be from USYSA affiliated leagues and are required to have
a State stamped roster. Each player must have a valid USYSA
player pass which will be verified at registration and at field
sites. Permission to Travel forms are required from all
out-of-state teams and Notarized Medical Release Forms are
required for ALL players. A player may only play for one team
in the tournament.
Guest
Players:
Each team
will be permitted to bring a maximum of 5 guest players.
Housing:
There will be
no billeting provided.
Age

Applications
- Required Documents and Fee:
All
applications must be received with:
1. An
entry fee of $520 for U11 to U18 teams or $465 for U9 and U10
teams.
2. A
copy of your official State Roster.
3. Permission
to Travel Form (out of state teams).
4. Printed
copy of online application confirmation page - or- confirmation email.

Applications
will not be considered
without all the above documents.
Once
you are accepted the fee is non-refundable. Should your team not be
accepted, the fee will be returned.
Registration
day:
Medical
Release Forms, valid player passes, coach passes and original State
Roster must be presented to the committee at registration on Friday
June 6th, 2008.
Referees:
A
three man referee system will be used. All games will be officiated
under the USSA approved system. Please forward the name of any
certified USSF referee associated with your club who may be
interested in officiating.
Awards:
Team
and individual trophies will be presented to first and second place
teams in the U11 to U18 age brackets.
All U9 and U10 teams will
receive individual participation awards and are guaranteed to play 4
games in the tournament.
Patches:
Exchanging
club patched between competing teams is strongly encouraged.
Cancellation:
In
the event of inclement weather or for reasons beyond their control,
the Tournament Committee will have the authority to

Relocate or reschedule any game:

Change the duration of any game:
(c)
Cancel any game that has no bearing in the determination of the
final standings. Every effort will be made to play all scheduled
games. The Tournament Committee may cancel the tournament or any
part of the tournament for reasons beyond their control. In the
event of a cancellation prior to the start of the tournament all
teams shall receive a refund of 80% of the team entry fee. If the
tournament is postponed or rescheduled prior to it's start, a new
permission to host agreement will be submitted to NJYS and all teams
that applied to the original date will be given the opportunity to
withdraw from the revised date of the tournament with a full refund
of their entry fees.
